The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We","Us" and Pinktulip Accessories, refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. "Website" and "Online Store" can be used interchangeably throughout this document and hold the same meaning within the scope of this document. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing South African Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time that you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website (online store) are available for delivery to addresses in SOUTH AFRICA ONLY. 

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you via email once your payment has been cleared by our bank. Please note that this can take up to 3 working days.  Once your payment has cleared, you will be contacted regarding delivery of your purchase. Delivery method will depend on your locale and availability of services. We will endevour to deliver your purchase within 5 business days after payment has been cleared.  Business day means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note we do not ship on weekends and public holidays.

Date of delivery may vary due to shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments which will be subject to the discretion of Pinktulip Accessories.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process. We may offer specials on Shipping costs on specific products from time to time. Pinktulip Accessories reserves the right to apply one of the following different types of shipping fees to each of its products:

1) Free shipping - all products with a value of R 500.00 or more will be shipped at no cost. Some products with a value below R 500.00 are marked with a zero shipping cost, but others will incur a shipping fee of a maximum of R 100.00, depending on shipping method.  If a product with a shipping cost attached is purchased with another product with no shipping cost, or the combined value exceeds R 500.00, there will be no shipping cost.

2) Shipping methods may vary from courier delivery, Postnet counter-to-counter or Post Office with tracking number, subject to availability of services in your area.

Please contact us regarding the various insurance options that can be used to provide you with peace of mind whilst your product is in transit. By default, delivery prices do not include insurance cover on the relevant products which will be transported to you. If insurance is requested and placed on your delivery batch then please note that this will incur an additional cost on top of the existing shipping fee.
